The Role – Lead Architect ServiceNowAs Lead Architect, you take on technical responsibility for our ServiceNow projects in the DACH region. You work closely with clients, talent, and founders, developing scalable architectures, establishing technical standards, and contributing your expertise to pre-sales and project teams.

Your ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture: Conception and development of future‑proof architecture and solution designs on the ServiceNow platform Project Leadership & Technical Guidance: Ownership as technical lead in implementation projects – from requirements analysis through to go‑live Standards & Methods: Building and evolving architecture standards, design patterns, best practices, and QA processes Innovation & Enablement: Identifying trends (e.G. AI, Automation, Integration, Composable Architectures, Agentic AI) and advancing our technical portfolio Pre‑Sales & Scoping: Technical advisory in early project phases, supporting proposal processes and client meetings Mentoring & Team Building: Coaching consultants and developers, helping shape the tech team Core Team Collaboration: Close collaboration with founders across delivery, portfolio development, and internal processes What You Should BringSeveral years of experience (3+ years) in designing, architecting, and implementing ServiceNow solutions (e.G.
