Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the ServiceNow platform, strong ITSM/ITOM knowledge, and experience driving scalable digital workflow transformations.

Define and maintain the overall ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap.Lead implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, and custom applications.Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.Architect integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.Establish platform governance, coding standards, and best practices.Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions.Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural guidance to developers and administrators.Drive platform upgrades, performance optimization, security compliance, and technical debt reduction.Support CMDB strategy, Discovery implementation, and data governance initiatives.Participate in architecture reviews, solution design workshops, and project planning activities.Qualifications
ServiceNow platform experience.Experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead ServiceNow Consultant.Strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog.Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Integrations.Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, domain separation, and platform governance.Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS, or CTA certifications preferred.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
