Key Responsibilities
Platform Strategy & Governance
Define and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap aligned with organizational goals.Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for platform usage.Ensure compliance with licensing, security, and regulatory requirements.
Architecture & Design
Oversee platform architecture and integration with other enterprise systems.Evaluate new ServiceNow modules and features for adoption.Ensure scalability and performance optimization.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and ServiceNow developers.Gather requirements and prioritize enhancements based on business needs.Communicate platform updates and changes to stakeholders.
Operational Oversight
Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity.Manage upgrades, patches, and releases in coordination with technical teams.Ensure proper incident, problem, and change management processes for the platform.
Team Leadership
Provide guidance to ServiceNow administrators, developers, and process owners.Oversee vendor relationships and manage third-party support contracts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow administration and development.Proven track record in ITSM/ITOM implementations and platform governance.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, APIs, and integrations.Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)ITIL Foundation Certification
Salary Range
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications of the candidate as it relates to the position description
