Role Overview

We are actively seeking a skilled Lead Developer in ServiceNow with expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) and Mobile App Builder for our client in Houston, TX. This role is pivotal in enhancing our service offerings, and we encourage qualified candidates to explore this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support ServiceNow FSM components, including Work Orders, Work Order Tasks, and workflows tailored for Technicians.Create and manage test users/roles for Field Technicians, addressing privileges and troubleshooting any mobile experience issues.Develop and maintain task-linked questionnaires and checklists to ensure seamless interaction and data capture.Systematically troubleshoot and reproduce defects, validating results across user interfaces and database integrity.Identify and resolve mobile rendering issues across different devices (Android, iPhone, iPad) while collaborating with product teams on configuration challenges.Document root cause analyses, suggest effective fixes or workarounds, and provide clear technical notes for support transitions.Required Skills & Experience

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation and support experience with a focus on FSM.In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Mobile functionality and its compatibility across devices.Hands-on experience with questionnaires and assessments linked to task records, along with the ability to troubleshoot related issues.Proficiency in security troubleshooting, including roles and ACLs, particularly how they affect mobile UI rendering and record visibility.Strong ability to triage defects by isolating variables and communicating findings effectively to relevant stakeholders.
