Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow QA Analyst to support quality assurance activities across an enterprise ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on manual testing with some exposure to automated testing, ensuring ServiceNow configurations, workflows, integrations, and modules meet business, technical, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
Plan, design, and execute manual test cases for ServiceNow enhancements, configurations, and integrationsSupport and contribute to automated testing where applicable, including regression and repeatable test scenariosValidate ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, forms, scripts, and integrations against documented requirementsPerform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) supportIdentify, document, and track defects through resolution, working closely with developers and delivery teamsParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectivesCollaborate with Business Analysts to ensure requirements are testable and clearly understoodEnsure testing aligns with enterprise quality standards and release management processesSupport testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and execution results
ServiceNow Modules
Experience testing one or more of the following ServiceNow module groupings is required:
Finance and Hardware Asset Management (HAM)Service Catalog and Software Asset Management (SAM)Data and Enterprise Common Platform (ECP)Security Incident Response (SIR)Customer Service Business Case (CSBC)
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow QA Analyst, with a strong focus on manual testing and some exposure to automated testingProven experience as a ServiceNow QA Analyst, with a strong focus on manual testing and some exposure to automated testingHands-on experience testing ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and integrationsExperience working with multiple ServiceNow modules, particularly those listed aboveStrong understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect managementExperience working in an Agile delivery environmentStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify edge cases and potential risksClear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
