What You’ll Do
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutionsBuild and enhance workflows that improve service delivery and operational efficiencyCollaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT leadership to translate requirements into technical solutionsDrive adoption of best practices and out-of-the-box functionality to reduce complexity and improve long-term sustainabilityEnsure solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned with platform governance standardsSupport a 24/7 on-call rotation as part of operational coverage
Technical Leadership & Influence
While this role does not include direct people management, it plays a critical role in technical leadership through expertise and influence.
In This Role, You Will
Serve as a senior technical expert and trusted advisor for the ServiceNow platformProvide mentorship, guidance, and support to ServiceNow developersInfluence architecture, design decisions, and engineering best practicesPartner with stakeholders to shape solutions and drive platform adoptionElevate team capability through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and coaching
Required
What You Bring:
5–8+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platformStrong hands-on development experience (JavaScript, Glide, APIs, workflows, integrations)Experience mentoring or guiding technical teams in Agile or hybrid environmentsAbility to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutionsStrong understanding of platform governance, data models, and performance optimizationKnowledge of secure development practices and application security principlesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) with current Delta certifications
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred, or equivalent years of additional experience Experience in healthcare or highly regulated environmentsAdditional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS, CAD)ITIL CertificationExperience working with enterprise integration frameworks and automation initiativesExperience with PeopleSoft, Sale Point, or EPIC
