Facilitate the consolidation of over 30 ServiceNow instances into a unified managed environment.Offer strategic advice on consolidation architecture and overall strategy.Conduct in-depth business analysis to harmonize varying instance requirements.Audit the existing ServiceNow landscape and develop a comprehensive consolidation roadmap.Perform detailed analysis to standardize workflows for the unified instance.Supervise the initial phases of instance migration and consolidation.Be consistently available during East Coast business hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST).What We're Looking For

Demonstrated lead-level expertise in ITSM and ServiceNow.Significant experience with ServiceNow instance consolidation efforts.Strong background in Business Analysis and Advisory Consulting.Ability to provide strategic business guidance at a high level.Current and validated ServiceNow certifications.Experience in large-scale architectural consolidations.Independent workers who thrive in fast-paced project settings.About Boomband
