Senior ServiceNow SecOps Developer

Overview

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow SecOps Developer with deep hands-on expertise in Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR). This role will focus on advanced ServiceNow SecOps development, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and platform enhancement within a collaborative engineering environment.

The ideal candidate will be a senior-level developer with strong technical depth, exceptional troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to support and enhance complex SecOps processes and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

SecOps Development & Configuration

Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow SecOps solutionsSupport and optimize:Security Incident Response (SIR)Vulnerability Response (VR)Configure and troubleshoot workspaces, flows, forms, and platform functionalityEnhance security workflows and operational processesWorkflow Automation

Build and maintain Flow Designer solutionsDevelop and optimize:Business RulesClient ScriptsScript IncludesUI PoliciesUI ActionsTroubleshoot workflow and automation issues across the platformTroubleshooting & Platform Support

Serve as a senior escalation point for complex ServiceNow issuesDiagnose and resolve advanced platform, workflow, and integration problemsPerform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutionsSupport platform stability, scalability, and performance improvementsIntegration & Technical Development

Support and maintain scanner integrations within Vulnerability ResponseCollaborate with architects and developers on platform enhancementsParticipate in code reviews and development best practicesEnsure solutions follow ServiceNow development standardsRequired Qualifications

Senior-level ServiceNow development experienceStrong hands-on expertise with:Security Incident Response (SIR)Vulnerability Response (VR)Strong troubleshooting and debugging skillsExperience with ServiceNow Workspace functionalityStrong Flow Designer experienceAdvanced JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experienceExperience with integrations and workflow automationAbility to work collaboratively within a development teamPreferred Qualifications
