Job Title - ServiceNow Platform Owner

Location - Katy, TX 77449 (Onsite)

Job Type - Full-Time

Salary - 110K - 120K Per annum

Why: Client is revamping their legacy instance (currently at 50% accuracy) and building a clean, scalable platform from scratch. They need a "Platform Owner" and not just another admin. As a whole, ASO is transforming their utilization of ServiceNow from a strictly ticketing service, to being a core tool for the entire corporation.

Responsibilities:

Work alongside the team's developer to manage the platform’s backend, ensure SOX compliance, and integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities.

Responsible for backend architecture and instance health.

Act as the subject matter expert for CMDB and Service Discovery

Provide technical backup to support developer in JavaScript.

Heavy focus on ITSM and SecOps

Manage the Service Catalog and prove hands-on experience promoting changes through the lifecycle.

Drive the CMDB Discovery process and SSO integrations (currently in early stages).

Optimize licensing and data accuracy to move the platform from its current state to 100% functionality.

Must Haves:

5-7 years of experience minimum

CSA (certified system admin)

JavaScript coding skills

CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery

Experience in ITSM and SecOps

STELLAR communication skills

Plusses:

Worked on AI projects/special interest in AI
