Role Overview:

The ServiceNow Solutions Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions and services in a consulting environment. Travel requirements may vary based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience Requirements: 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations. 3+ years of experience in JavaScript or related application development. 3+ years focused on Application Experience: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years), or Associate's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience. Bonus Skills:

Experience with Angular JS. Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow Development APIs. Experience in Web Service Integration (API Web Services). LDAP Integration knowledge. Familiarity with Single Sign-on configuration and administration. SQL experience. Comfort in presenting to large groups. Advanced Application Experience: ITx, HR, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, Security, Asset Management, PPM, Platform/Integration, Portal/UI. Preferred Certifications:

ITIL Foundation Certified (ITIL). ServiceNow System Administration Certification. ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification. ServiceNow Developer Certification. ATP Trainer Certification is a plus. Compensation at Accenture is competitive and varies based on numerous factors including location, role, skills, and experience.

Role Location Annual Salary Range: California $70,350 to $196,000; Cleveland $59,100 to $156,800; Colorado $63,800 to $169,300; District of Columbia $68,000 to $180,300; Illinois $59,100 to $169,300; Maryland $63,800 to $169,300; Massachusetts $63,800 to $180,300; Minnesota $63,800 to $169,300; New York $66,300 to $196,000; New Jersey $68,000 to $196,000; Washington $80,200 to $180,300.
