We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Development & Configuration
Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management)Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and formsDevelop and maintain Service Catalog items and workflowsRequired Qualifications
10+ years of experience in ServiceNow developmentStrong experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scriptingExperience with REST/SOAP integrationsGood understanding of ITIL framework
