Role: ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Description:

Confer with clients/users to identify, analyze and document requirements. Analyze information business systems to identify OFI. Create Story and write detail acceptance criteria. Create data mapping documents for integrations and able to do status reporting. Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security and service delivery. Conduct business and technical studies to design, develop, integrate and implement information systems business solutions. Unit Testing and drive UAT

Good Knowledge in Service Now & CMDB Discovery Good Communication and Writing Skill Well-versed with documentation (MS office Suite)? Well-versed with Agile Methodology ITSM
