Join our dynamic team as a Lead Business Analyst focused on ServiceNow enhancements! This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $88,000.00 to $145,000.00, with a salary structure that reflects your job level and geographic location. We also provide relocation support for eligible candidates.
You will play a pivotal role at the intersection of business strategy, process design, and enterprise platform capabilities. Your mission will be to ensure that enhancements and large initiatives on the ServiceNow platform are well-defined, aligned with our business objectives, and executed following ServiceNow best practices for sustainable outcomes.
In this hybrid role, you will work at least 10 days per month from our offices located in Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110.

Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis activities for significant ServiceNow enhancements and initiatives.Develop and maintain comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, risks, and supporting documentation.Act as a strategic partner to ServiceNow engineers and delivery teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.Oversee demand intake activities, validating that requests are clearly defined and aligned with our business objectives.Collaborate on test strategies and plans, ensuring all requirements are testable and traceable throughout all testing phases.Qualifications
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex enterprise settings.Expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation.Experience in supporting IT delivery using Agile, iterative, or waterfall methodologies.Adept at operating at both strategic and tactical levels.Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management skills.Experience with enterprise platforms, particularly ServiceNow, is highly valued.Possession of a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or equivalent experience.Proficient in using modeling techniques such as process flows and use cases.Demonstrated ability to deliver customer-driven solutions and support.Willingness to travel up to 5% as required.Additional Information
