We are looking for a Senior Technical ServiceNow BSA with a strong blend of ServiceNow development and business analysis experience. The ideal candidate should have a background as a ServiceNow Developer transitioning into a BSA role, or someone who actively works across both areas.

Strong experience as a ServiceNow BSA / Business Systems AnalystHands-on ServiceNow development experienceAbility to bridge technical and functional requirementsExperience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and working with stakeholders

Mandatory Skill:

Recent and significant experience with ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management)
