IT Service Management using ServiceNow or similar tools (ITIL);DevSecOps transformations;Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their core technologies;Leading discovery technologies (SCCM, Tanium, Armis, Intune) and their integration with ServiceNow;Re-engineering IT processes and capabilities efficiently;Implementing governance frameworks and operational models for effective reporting;IT Financial Management including cost asset management and optimization.Additionally, candidates should show strong abilities in:
