Title: IT Project Manager (ServiceNow / ITSM)

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey (Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Must-Have Skills to Look For

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform (not just ticketing usage)Experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change Management)Good understanding of CMDB (Configuration Management Database)CI classes and relationshipsData governance and accuracyExposure to ServiceNow configuration / development conceptsWorkflows / Flow DesignerBusiness Rules (basic understanding)Solid IT Project Management experience (7+ years)Experience managing end-to-end project delivery (SDLC)Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologiesExperience in IT Operations / Infrastructure environmentAbility to handle incident management, triaging, and reportingStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work as a client-side PM (business-focused mindset)Experience managing multiple projects (portfolio-level visibility)Strong risk management (RAID), planning, and coordination skillsHands-on ServiceNow development or implementation experienceExposure to ITOM, Discovery, Service MappingCertifications like PMP, ITIL, or ServiceNow certificationsExperience in enterprise-scale environments
