Join HII Mission Technologies as a ServiceNow Business Solutions Architect, where you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT capabilities! This exciting opportunity allows you to configure, support, and optimize the ServiceNow platform to directly impact our team's success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading solution design and requirement decomposition, translating mission/business needs into effective ServiceNow configurations.
  • Organizing and facilitating working sessions with stakeholders and engineers to define processes, validate assumptions, and align on scalable platform solutions.
  • Producing high-quality design artifacts, such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams, ready for development teams.
  • Making informed design decisions that prioritize out-of-the-box configurations and ensure maintainability and upgradeability.
  • Partnering with developers and architects to refine backlogs and ensure adherence to platform standards.
  • Supporting testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet all functional, technical, and data integrity standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Mid-level: 6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 4 years with a Master’s; or a high school diploma plus 10 years of experience.
  • Advanced-level: 10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s or 8 years with a Master’s; or a high school diploma plus 14 years of experience.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst, including 3 years supporting ServiceNow implementations.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum teams and translating business needs into user stories.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Desired certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM, ITIL Foundation, Certified Scrum Master.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations, especially in federal or regulated environments.
