Job Description:
5+ years in ServiceNow HRSD | 10+ years overall IT experience
Key Responsibilities: Lead discovery and design workshops with HR stakeholders to assess current HR service delivery processes, pain points, and future-state requirements Configure and optimize ServiceNow HRSD modules including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Employee Document Management, Knowledge Management, and Portal/User Experience Translate business requirements into ServiceNow system capabilities, ensuring alignment with HR strategy and user experience goals Lead workstreams such as process design, configuration, testing, and deployment Configure and implement improvements to knowledge articles, self-service workflows, and ticket deflection strategies Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and platform adoption
Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of overall IT experience; 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience Strong knowledge of HR processes, ServiceNow platform configuration, and technical expertise in scripting and integrations Strong awareness of ServiceNow HRSD AI and automation capabilities, and integrations with people technology and collaboration tools Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); ServiceNow HRSD or HR-Suite Implementation Specialist
