JD: Implement and configure ServiceNow AIOps (Event Management, HLA, MI, anomaly detection). Integrate monitoring tools via OOTB connectors, REST APIs, and SNMP. Design AIOps architecture, data flows, dashboards, and service health models. Configure alerting, correlation, and noise reduction. Develop automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Orchestration for incident remediation. Collaborate with Cloud/DevOps/ITSM teams and handle client workshops, documentation, and testing.

Skills: ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), basics of Python/Shell/PowerShell, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), ITIL. Certifications (CSA, CIS-ITOM, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Event Mgmt) preferred.
