Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Location: Bolingbrook, IL (Onsite) Duration: 6 months plus, W2 only. Experience: 8+ Years

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
• Modules: HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, HR Service Catalog, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge Management
• Hands-on with:
• Catalog Items, Record Producers
• Workflows & Flow Designer
• Business Rules
• Scripting:
• Client Scripts, Server Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs
• Integration experience:
• REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server
• HR systems (Workday / SAP HCM / SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM)
• Experience with data security & PII handling
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Strong debugging, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment support
• L2/L3 production support experience Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and customize HRSD solutions
• Configure HR services, COE, and case routing
• Build integrations with external HR systems
• Support enhancements, bug fixes, and deployments
• Ensure best practices and platform standards
