A company is looking for a ServiceNow CSM & SPM Deployment Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical governance and oversight for ServiceNow CSM and SPM deployments
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the implementation partner, ensuring delivery accountability
- Establish validation checkpoints for deliverables and guide testing strategies for quality assurance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields with 5+ years' experience as a Data Engineer
- 8+ years in the ServiceNow ecosystem, including 3+ years in a Lead Architect, Governance, or Strategic Advisory role
- Proven track record overseeing 2-3+ large-scale, full-lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, including OOB utilization and scalable platform design
- Experience working alongside and challenging large system integrators
