Your Role:

As a Solutions Architect within our ServiceNow Business Group, you will lead the creation of innovative ServiceNow applications and design effective system solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Rolling up your sleeves to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Advising C-Suite executives on optimal strategies to meet their business needs.
• Providing leadership and oversight on critical ServiceNow initiatives for Fortune 500 clients.
• Continuously seeking learning opportunities to stay updated on ServiceNow's latest offerings.
• Identifying additional value opportunities for clients while collaborating with internal ServiceNow teams.

Your Impact:

• Drive continual enhancements in our implementation methodologies based on client feedback.
• Manage and mentor teams of ServiceNow Developers in a supportive technical leadership role.
• Prefer a structured, process-oriented approach to work.
• Comfortably seeking guidance from peers and Subject Matter Experts when necessary.
• Have a strong background in enterprise software and consulting.
• Influence key stakeholders by presenting options for governance, program management, and technical solutions.

Please note that the role may require travel, ranging from 0 to 100%, based on client needs.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience with ServiceNow in a development and technical architecture capacity.
• A minimum of 8 years in driving IT transformation and strategy planning, ideally in consulting.
• At least 4 years of experience leading teams of ServiceNow Developers.
• A minimum of 4 years implementing and enforcing standards, including code and architectural reviews.
• 6 years of advanced scripting experience with JavaScript and SQL.
• 6 years of experience with Agile methodologies like SCRUM and Kanban.
• At least three ServiceNow certifications – System Admin, Application Developer, and ITSM preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). An associate degree requires a minimum of 6 years work experience.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with databases and cloud migration.
• ITIL Certification.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS or Azure.
• Experience in building prototypes.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively as a team player.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with SaaS deployments and supporting architectures.
• A degree in Information Technology or relevant field with a strong consulting and project management background.
