Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Administrator
Role Description:
Works closely with Business Analysts and Developers to ensure the timely and effective delivery of ServiceNow requirements. Supports the configuration, customization, and implementation of applications. Supports acceptance criteria definition and implements software quality assurance and user acceptance testing functions. Collaborates with the Technical team to determine how best to implement the solution (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc) Requirements:
SNOW technical/Dev and Admin support experience (for support of multiple version upgrades to the latest Zurich version) Ability to work with the DBA for technical updates required Must be able to work on-site in SCIF for upgrade Education: Bachelor's
