Job Title: ServiceNow Product Owner (IRM)

Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months plus

Role Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow Product Owner with strong experience in IRM (Integrated Risk Management) to lead backlog management and drive delivery for risk and compliance solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the ServiceNow IRM product backlog
• Gather and translate risk, compliance, and audit requirements into user stories
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, etc.)
• Validate solutions and ensure alignment with IRM processes
• Drive UAT, releases, and continuous improvements

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience
• 2+ years of ServiceNow experience (IRM/GRC preferred)
• Strong experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst
• Hands-on with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Good understanding of risk, compliance, and audit processes
• Experience in backlog management, user stories, and UAT

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Financial Services domain
• Experience working with ServiceNow architects/developers
