Position Information: Our client is seeking a talented ServiceNow Contract Management (CMP) Consultant.

Responsibilities:

• Lead configuration and enhancement of ServiceNow Contract Management (CMP) module
• Analyze current-state contract lifecycle workflows and recommend improvements
• Design and implement scalable contract management processes within ServiceNow
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, and business stakeholders to gather requirements
• Configure workflows, notifications, templates, and reporting within CMP
• Provide best practice recommendations to optimize contract visibility, compliance, and efficiency
• Support testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Contract Management (CMP)
• Proven experience implementing or enhancing contract lifecycle management solutions in ServiceNow
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time consulting capacity
• Experience gathering requirements and translating into technical solutions
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience with Legal Service Delivery (LSD) in ServiceNow
• Experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P) or procurement workflows
• Background working in healthcare or regulated environments
