ServiceNow Lead(IRM)

Trident Consulting is seeking a ”ServiceNow Lead(IRM)" for one of our clients in "NYC, NY". A global leader in business and technology services.

Role: ServiceNow Lead(IRM)

Location: NYC, NYC/Bethlehem, PA/Holmdel, NJ/Stamford, CT(3 days a week onsite)

Type: Contract

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform components including tables, relationships, ACLs, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
• Proficiency in JavaScript scripting within the ServiceNow environment
• Experience with IRM, BCM, TPRM, or other GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) modules
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of data governance principles, performance tuning, and system security
• Proven experience leading technical troubleshooting and platform optimization initiatives
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
