Title: ServiceNow FSM Consultant
Location: Dallas, TX / San Francisco, CA / Cincinnati, OH – Hybrid 3 days
Duration: Long Term
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow FSM solutions aligned with business requirements
- Configure and customize FSM modules including:
- Work Orders
- Dispatching & Scheduling
- Field Service Tasks
- Inventory Management
- Mobile Agent / Field Service Mobile App
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies
- Configure Dispatcher Workspace and Schedule Optimization
- Integrate ServiceNow FSM with external systems (ERP, CRM, GPS, IoT platforms)
- Customize and support ServiceNow Mobile applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain FSM functionalities
- Ensure adherence to best practices, security, and performance standards
