We are rapidly expanding our ServiceNow Business Group in the Nordics and seeking visionary ServiceNow Platform Architects to help our clients transform their businesses, drive innovation, and achieve measurable outcomes.

Your Role as a ServiceNow Architect

As a trusted advisor and technical leader, you will:

  • Shape Enterprise Architecture: Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable, future-ready ServiceNow architectures.
  • Engage Strategically: Collaborate with client Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the cornerstone of digital transformation, integrated with core applications.
  • Drive Governance & Best Practices: Establish technical governance, ensure instance health, and reduce technical debt by aligning with ServiceNow leading practices.
  • Lead Solution Design: Facilitate workshops, validate requirements, and deliver robust functional designs that meet client objectives.
  • Mentor & Influence: Guide teams, share expertise, and contribute thought leadership to elevate our ServiceNow community.
  • Innovate & Grow: Support presales efforts, contribute to business development, and champion emerging technologies like Generative AI and Agentic AI.

Qualifications:

  • Deep ServiceNow Expertise: 5+ years across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, SecOps, HR).
  • Architectural Mastery: Strong knowledge of workflows, scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • CMDB & CSDM: Proven experience in designing and implementing CMDB strategies, applying CSDM best practices, and ensuring data integrity for enterprise-scale environments.
  • Strategic Insight: Experience in enterprise security, architecture frameworks, discovery technologies, and data modeling.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage stakeholders, development teams, and complex delivery programs.
  • Innovation Mindset: Familiarity with Now Assist, AI-driven capabilities, and modern delivery practices (Agile, Scrum, SAFe).
  • Credentials: University degree in Computer Science or equivalent; certifications in ITSM, ITOM, HAM, ITAM, HR preferred.
  • Language: Fluent in Swedish and English.
