Job DescriptionThe candidate will be a key member of a consulting team responsible for advising clients, designing solutions, and delivering enterprise-grade Service Now implementations on the Service Now. As a Service Now Architect, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, defining platform architecture, guiding delivery teams, and ensuring solutions align with client objectives, industry best practices, and long-term platform sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the architectural authority for client Service Now implementations;Lead solution architecture workshops with clients to understand business needs, translate requirements into scalable Service Now designs, and define implementation roadmaps;Design end-to-end Service Now architectures, including workflows, integrations, data models, and security considerations;Provide architectural governance across multiple client engagements, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to Service Now best practices;Guide and review the work of development teams, ensuring solutions meet architectural standards and client expectations;Oversee the enhancement and optimization of existing client Service Now platforms to support evolving business requirements;Act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges, driving root-cause analysis and defining corrective and preventive actions;Ensure platform performance, stability, and maintainability across client environments;Define and maintain technical documentation, architectural artifacts, and solution designs for client deliverables;Communicate architectural decisions, risks, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical client stakeholders;Contribute to presales activities, including solution design, technical estimations, and proposal support;Capture lessons learned across engagements and continuously improve consulting delivery frameworks and accelerators.

Job Requirements7+ years of hands-on experience with Service Now, including deep platform architecture and design expertise;Strong mastery of Java Script and advanced Service Now scripting patterns;Proven experience defining Service Now platform strategy, architecture, and governance;Extensive experience with ITSM and multiple enterprise modules (ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Sec Ops, GRC, etc.);Expert-level knowledge of CMDB architecture, CSDM framework, and data integrity best practices;Strong experience designing scalable, secure integrations across complex enterprise ecosystems;Ability to lead platform design decisions, including performance, security, and maintainability;Experience establishing development standards, best practices, and CI/CD pipelines for Service Now;Trusted advisor to stakeholders, capable of translating business strategy into platform architecture;Ability to mentor developers and technical leads, fostering platform maturity and skill growth;Strong communication and presentation skills, fluent in English;Experience working in large-scale, international, enterprise environments;Strategic thinker with strong ownership, accountability, and results-driven mindset;Ability to operate effectively under pressure while managing long-term architectural vision.
