Position Overview:

Crowe is on the lookout for a dynamic leader to steer our clients through their Integrated Risk Management (IRM) implementations using ServiceNow. This role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and management capabilities to oversee top-tier ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pre-sales initiatives including product demonstrations, project scoping, leading proof of concepts, and preparing Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Guide clients on effectively leveraging ServiceNow for their IRM programs.
  • Lead project implementation processes and oversee architectural design by coordinating closely with the Engagement Lead, Solution Architect, and development team to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Facilitate project introductions, conduct kick-off meetings, and manage weekly client status updates while keeping track of project timelines.
  • Offer guidance to developers on ServiceNow configuration best practices.
  • Perform final quality assurance reviews on all deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Design and implement end-user training sessions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client visions and deliver additional business value through ServiceNow.

Desired Skills:

  • Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience in delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations, with a focus on IRM.
  • Experience as a ServiceNow implementation lead or in a similar system administrator role.
  • Knowledge of managing an IRM/GRC program on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience providing strategic consulting to senior leaders in organizations.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team with professionals at various levels.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and handling multiple projects concurrently.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with project planning and management methodologies and tools.
  • Willingness to travel for work approximately 30% of the time.

The salary range for this position considers various factors, including skill sets, experience, training, certifications, and business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is $103,200.00 - $210,900.00 per year.
