About the Team

The ServiceNow Risk Management Sales Team at Crowe focuses on enhancing governance, risk, and compliance processes through innovative solutions. We partner with organizations to navigate their compliance challenges and improve operational efficiency by leveraging the ServiceNow platform. Our team offers tailored solutions in areas such as Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management, and Business Continuity.

About the Role

The Senior Manager - IRM & SecOps Sales is a dynamic sales leader responsible for driving the expansion of Crowe's ServiceNow IRM & Security solutions. You will lead strategic account growth, pipeline development, and execution of intricate ServiceNow engagements. Collaborating with client executives, you will identify business challenges and create effective ServiceNow-based solutions to enhance governance, compliance, and risk visibility. Additionally, you will work alongside various stakeholders to position Crowe as a trusted partner in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

What You'll Do

Revenue & Sales Leadership

  • Drive sales growth and manage pipeline development in designated industries or accounts.
  • Create new business opportunities through industry networking and proactive engagement.
  • Oversee complete sales cycles, from identifying opportunities to contract finalization.
  • Formulate strategies to enhance our presence in existing accounts and attract new clients.
  • Develop transformation roadmaps that align ServiceNow IRM & Security capabilities with client goals.
  • Lead the creation of comprehensive proposals and presentations that highlight our solutions.
  • Establish Crowe's competitive edge through the promotion of our risk advisory expertise.

Strategic Client Engagement

  • Nurture relationships with C-level executives across technology and security domains.
  • Present Crowe as a trusted advisor aligned with client transformation and compliance efforts.
  • Facilitate workshops and sessions to discuss value propositions and strategic goals.
  • Communicate ROI and business justifications in measurable terms to clients.
  • Represent Crowe at industry events and forums to bolster our market presence.

Solution & Offering Leadership

  • Collaborate with delivery leaders to develop scalable, industry-aligned offerings.
  • Work with solution architects to create ServiceNow IRM solutions that adhere to best practices.
  • Facilitate integrations of IRM & SecOps with other ServiceNow modules to maximize client benefits.
  • Engage with the ServiceNow alliance team on joint sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Build strong partnerships with ServiceNow sales teams to identify collaborative opportunities.

Go-To-Market & Practice Growth

  • Contribute to strategy and messaging for market initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to adjust our offerings.
  • Assist in defining packaged solutions and accelerators tailored to industry needs.
  • Guide and mentor team members in effective sales strategies.
  • Support recruitment efforts to expand talent aligned with our growth objectives.

Deal Governance & Execution Oversight

  • Oversee reviews and approvals for high-value ServiceNow deals.
  • Ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery teams.
  • Provide updates on sales pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities and revenue projections for reporting purposes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, risk transformation, or security.
  • 10+ years in business development or sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in enterprise settings.
  • Experience closing complex ServiceNow IRM & Security deals.
  • Ability to lead enterprise-level sales involving diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow IRM & SecOps solutions.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and Integrated Risk Management.
  • Experience within consulting environments and collaboration with sales teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Business, Risk Management, or Cybersecurity.
  • Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • ServiceNow certifications and knowledge of industry compliance standards.
  • Experience in adjacent ServiceNow offerings such as ITSM and ITOM.
  • Ability to negotiate complex service contracts successfully.
  • Proven capacity for managing large revenue targets and client relationships.
  • Strong storytelling skills and presence in executive discussions.
  • Results-driven and accountable for client satisfaction.
