Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to partner with the HRSD Architect and serve as the bridge between HR business stakeholders and IT/ServiceNow development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Analysis
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize HRSD requirements.
- Identify process gaps and recommend solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
Solution Design & Delivery
- Partner with architects and developers to design scalable HRSD solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, and process flows.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, SIT, and UAT.
Configurable Workspace & Now Assist
- Support design, testing, and rollout of HR Agent Workspaces.
- Configure and optimize Now Assist to improve case handling and knowledge recommendations.
BAU & Process Improvement
- Support daily HRSD operations including defect fixes and incident resolution.
- Monitor SLA adherence and recommend automation opportunities.
Integrations & Data
- Support Workday HCM and other HR integrations.
- Ensure data accuracy across HRSD and connected systems.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as liaison between HR, IT, and development teams.
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance HRSD tools and processes.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow HRSD best practices and new features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years as a BSA, ideally with ServiceNow HRSD.
- Strong understanding of HR processes: case management, knowledge management, employee relations.
- Hands-on experience with Configurable Workspace, Now Assist, Case & Knowledge Management, and Employee Center Pro.
- Familiarity with Workday HCM and other HR integrations.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform: data model, workflows, security.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with BAU support, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrades and reporting/analytics (preferred).
