Sr serviceNow developer/ admin (Only USC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Administer the ServiceNow platform including user management, security, and instance upgrades.
• Develop ServiceNow solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Configure and customize Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change Management, and other ITSM modules.
• Build and maintain workflows, Flow Designer flows, and integrations with external systems.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain platform performance, stability, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades, patching, and release management.
• Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience implementing and supporting ITSM modules.
• Experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Workflow development.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
• Experience with MID Server configuration and integrations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, or HRSD modules.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and modern web technologies.
