Job Overview:

Crowe is on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Senior Consultant to join our expanding ServiceNow Cloud Solutions team. This role is perfect for a candidate with substantial ServiceNow expertise who is ready to lead client initiatives, manage delivery teams, and actively engage in business development. As a Senior Consultant, you will be a vital advisor to clients, overseeing solution delivery from initial design to full implementation. You will also contribute to the growth of our practice by leading sales demonstrations, aiding in proposal development, and mentoring junior staff. We seek individuals who are entrepreneurial, client-focused, and eager to enhance their ServiceNow and consulting leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead comprehensive client projects utilizing various ServiceNow applications (such as IRM, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps) to ensure exceptional quality.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, fostering trusted relationships and effectively managing expectations.
  • Translate intricate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and design sessions to guide solution direction with clients.
  • Configure, customize, and extend ServiceNow applications while overseeing the execution by junior team members.
  • Present compelling sales demos to prospective clients, highlighting ServiceNow capabilities and Crowe's distinctive approach.
  • Assist in proposal development, statement of work creation, and pre-sales activities.
  • Mentor and train junior staff, fostering their technical and consulting skill advancement.
  • Contribute to internal best practices, accelerators, and knowledge sharing to enhance quality of delivery.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive thought leadership and practice-building initiatives.

Desired Skills:

  • Extensive hands-on experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development (including JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows, UI Policies).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and third-party tools.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and client presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead ServiceNow delivery projects and mentor junior staff.
  • Experience in business development activities (demos, proposals, pre-sales discussions) - Preferred.
  • Robust problem-solving and organizational skills.

Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Preferred.
  • One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications - Preferred.
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD) - a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of direct ServiceNow implementation experience.
  • Proven ability to independently lead client projects and contribute to business development.
  • Strong history of delivering ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as required for client engagements.

The salary for this role considers various factors such as skill sets, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs. The estimated salary range is $74,100.00 - $147,800.00 annually.
