ServiceNow IRM Consultant – Issue Management

Description

Support discovery sessions to capture Issue Management requirements, data fields, workflows, and reporting needs

Write INVEST‑compliant user stories specifically for Issue creation, triage, workflow routing, remediation, and closure

Assist with configuration of Issue Management modules: workflow logic, approvals, notifications, SLA rules, related lists, and form layout

Validate Issue Management build items and support UAT execution, including walkthroughs, test cases, and defect resolution

Support dashboards and metrics related to issue aging, remediation progress, severity, and control failures

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with IRM data relationships: Issues ↔ Controls, Issues ↔ Risks, Issues ↔ RCSA findings

Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard configuration for Issue metrics

Understanding of regulatory expectations around Issue Management lifecycle, remediation, and documentation

Experience working with Product Owners and developers to refine Issue workflows and routing logic

Ability to create process maps for Issue lifecycle stages (identification → analysis → remediation → validation → closure)

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr.
