ServiceNow ITOM Specialist

As a seasoned ServiceNow ITOM specialist, you will leverage your expertise to design and implement large-scale solutions that drive business success. Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate hands-on experience with multiple implementations of the core suite of ITOM applications (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, SAM/HAM)
• Lead at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations with excellent understanding of CMDB data models and relationships
• Analyze existing business services and their relationships with other CIs to effectively map them for the success of ITSM processes like Incident, Change, and Dev Ops
