Senior IT Project Manager ServiceNow / ITSM

Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager ServiceNow / ITSM Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite) Duration: 12 18 Months

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise IT service initiatives and managed services transitions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow, ITIL frameworks, and RFP management within complex IT environments.

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of IT Project Management experience Proven experience writing RFPs for IT managed services Strong understanding of ITIL & IT Service Management Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and service integrations PMP or equivalent certification Knowledge of compliance standards (HIPAA, PCI-DSS preferred)

Highly Desirable: ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, etc.) ITIL certification ISO 27001 or SOC 2 Type II exposure Experience with enterprise IT outsourcing transitions Vendor management & contract negotiation skills Background in IT Operations or Infrastructure Change management & stakeholder engagement experience
