Role Summary Seeking a senior ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise architecture design, CMDB strategy, and global platform rollouts. The ideal candidate will design scalable solutions and provide architectural governance across modules.

Key Responsibilities Define and implement architecture for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD modules. Design and standardize CMDB and Discovery framework. Create HLD/LLD architecture and solution diagrams. Lead API integrations and MID Server architecture. Ensure platform scalability, performance, and governance. Manage onsite-offshore teams and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills 12+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in ServiceNow architecture. Strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and integration design. Experience in global rollouts and enterprise implementations. ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA/CIS).
