As a Manager in our Consulting organization we're seeking an experienced professional to lead ServiceNow client implementations including managing multiple workstreams from initial planning through post-engagement support. Responsibilities include leading client workshops presenting ITSM best practices translating complex needs into functional requirements engaging decision-makers laying out project roadmaps ensuring delivery aligns with organizational strategies mentoring team members training clients guiding them on ServiceNow operations upgrades supporting business development activities identifying proposals developing other pursuit tasks working across service lines/industries manage engagements according to financial/cost management policies. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of recent experience managing enterprise systems especially large ones within matrixed organizations minimum 3 yrs direct Servicenow mgmt CSA cert plus two full implementation exp Two additional Cis Certifications are preferred(CIS – ITSM CIS-Event Management ).
