We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Bethesda, MD. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and be able to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of ServiceNow applications.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow solutions to improve performance and user experience.
• Document development processes, configurations, and customizations. Required Skills
• Proven experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Ability to develop custom applications and automate workflows within ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills
• Quick learner for new technologies with ability to learn Python
• Self starter Education & Experience
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow development or related roles.
• Experience with Python is a huge plus
