Your Role:
As a ServiceNow ITSM Solutions Specialist, you will leverage your extensive experience in Enterprise IT Systems to engage prospective clients effectively. You excel in environments where Application Managed Services and Professional Services are vital. With strong presales instincts and a knack for architecting impactful solutions, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to enhance modern IT service delivery outcomes.
Your Responsibilities:
You will act as a value architect across diverse opportunities, from small solution efforts to large-scale transformation programs for Enterprise IT Managed Services and Professional Services.
- Lead Pre-Sales Architecture & Solutioning: Design and implement ServiceNow solutions during the presales phase, defining key components for IT operations, including workflows and platform architecture.
- Represent Solutions to Senior Stakeholders: Serve as the primary architectural voice in discussions, articulating the value and trade-offs of solutions in alignment with business goals.
- Drive Technology Delivery Sign-Off & Governance: Align solution scope and delivery models with leadership to secure necessary approvals.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with sales teams, Solution Architects, and Subject Matter Experts throughout the sales cycle, ensuring seamless validation and operational readiness of solutions.
- Ensure Compliance: Promote consistent, standards-based solutions while coordinating with Legal and Corporate Development Services.
- Support Delivery & Stabilization: Collaborate with Technology leadership for early stabilization efforts to facilitate a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
Travel requirements may vary from 0% to 100% based on client engagement and business needs.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in a technology setting with a focus on outsourcing, managed services, or systems integration.
- 5+ years in solution planning, deal shaping, or presales architecture roles.
- 5+ years technical experience in Enterprise IT systems, ideally including ServiceNow, platform administration, integrations, and workflow design.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum of 12 years of work experience).
