Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Vulnerability Response professional to support enterprise security operations by managing vulnerability lifecycle workflows, integrations, and remediation tracking within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) and vulnerability management tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module
• Configure vulnerability workflows, remediation tasks, and dashboards
• Integrate ServiceNow with vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7)
• Manage vulnerability lifecycle: detection, assessment, remediation, closure
• Work with security, infrastructure, and application teams
• Perform data analysis and reporting on vulnerabilities and SLAs
• Support production incidents and troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices
• Maintain documentation and runbooks

Required Skills

• Strong experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow SecOps
• Experience with vulnerability management tools:
• Qualys / Tenable / Rapid7 / Nessus
• Workflow configuration and ServiceNow scripting (basic)
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts
• Experience in enterprise / regulated environments
