KPMG is thrilled to announce an opening for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect within our Digital Nexus technology organization. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and design customized solutions within the ServiceNow framework, or work with Enterprise Architecture to recommend alternative platforms when necessary.
• Lead the design and implementation of robust, flexible, and maintainable solutions, including conducting proofs of concept for innovative projects.
• Engineer integrations between ServiceNow and a variety of enterprise systems utilizing iPaaS (such as Mulesoft), APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools.
• Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective collaboration with ServiceNow support and technical teams to swiftly identify and resolve critical issues.
• Create thorough technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends related to ServiceNow solutions such as IRM, SecOps, ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, among others.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of seven years of relevant experience in solution architecture with a focus on ServiceNow, possessing deep expertise in two or more ServiceNow modules (e.g., LSD, WSD, ITAM/ITOM, HRSC, IRM, CSM).
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred; certification as a ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) and one or more Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are required, while Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) are strongly preferred.
• Experience in delivering business solutions that leverage ServiceNow from both developer and administrator perspectives, including handling challenges related to upgrades, integrations, and operational support.
• A sound understanding of the practical application of ServiceNow across various industries and knowledge of how modules interact with core data.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow and other common technology platforms supporting core business functions.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
