Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer/Consultant

Location: Omaha, NE(Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer/Consultant to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) and Health & Safety modules.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in integrations, CMDB/CSDM architecture, and hands-on ServiceNow development across multiple implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow design, development, and implementation initiatives
• Develop and enhance CSM and Health & Safety workflows (PI/REI processes)
• Build and configure:
• Business Rules
• Client Scripts
• UI Policies & UI Actions
• Script Includes
• ACLs
• Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and Integration Hub
• Configure and manage MID Server-based integrations
• Develop and maintain CMDB & CSDM aligned data models
• Implement ITOM modules such as Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping
• Build custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Optimize performance and ensure scalable solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise in CSM
• Experience with Health & Safety / Safety Incident Management module
• Proficiency in JavaScript & Glide scripting
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with MID Server & Integration Hub
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery
• Multiple full-cycle ServiceNow implementations
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture & best practices
