ServiceNow Senior Technical/Business Process Consultant

Role: Senior TC/BPC- GRC/IRM

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 1/29/2027

Scope:

A Risk TC is needed for a 24-week engagement. This is a ramp up role that will start with a couple of hours a week.

• Plan phase - 24 hours a week from Feb 15 for 3 weeks
• Execute - 32 hours a week - full time - from March 8th for 12 weeks
• Deliver - 20 hours a week for 3 weeks

The TC needs to be able to configure:

Policy

• Config and setup
• Policy framework
• Entity management

Compliance

• Authority and control framework
• Compliance monitoring
• Issue management

Integrations

• Archer
• Workday
• Webservices TBD

A Senior BPC specializing in Risk is needed for 22 weeks including:

• Plan phase = 3 weeks at 24 hours a week to run workshops (listed below)
• Execute = 12 weeks at 29 hours a week, working with the customer on their extensive list of policy process documents
• Delivery = 16 hours a week

The BPC is responsible for running workshops, drafting stories, sprint planning and working with customer to get stories in a ready state.

The BPC needs to know Policy and be able to write stories for:

• Configuration and setup
• Policy framework
• Entity management

For compliance:

• Authority and control framework
• Compliance monitoring
• Issue management
