ServiceNow IRM Specialist

ServiceNow IRM specialist - 12 months - India/Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM modules, including:
• Advanced Risk
• Audit Management
• Policy and Compliance Management
• Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
• Regulatory Change Management
• Business Continuity Management (BCM)
• Design and build IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM).
• Configure and customize functional data such as notifications, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reporting.
• Develop and manage script objects, including:
• Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and UI Actions, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), Flows and Workflows
• Hands-on experience working with CMDB and CSDM capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications/Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance (GRC CIS).

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
