Key Responsibilities:

• CMDB Tables and Relationships:
• Expert in CMDB tables and their relationships within ServiceNow.
• Experience working with CSDM Models to map out and manage data models.
• Discovery:
• Expertise in Discovery for various devices, including Network devices, ESX Servers, VMware, Windows, and Linux machines.
• Integration & Mid Server:
• Knowledge of integrating with CyberArk and Mid Servers.
• Hands-on experience in configuring Mid Servers.
• Familiarity with Service Graph connectors.
• ITOM Modules Development:
• Develop and configure ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Third-party Tools Integration:
• Integrate third-party tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Nagios, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Custom Workflows:
• Create and maintain custom workflows using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
• ITOM Integrations Support:
• Support ITOM integrations with legacy systems and external APIs using MID Servers and web services.
• Troubleshooting & Performance:
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITOM functionality and performance.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, analysts, and system administrators, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Documentation:
• Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and best practices.
• Upgrades and Patching:
• Assist with upgrades and patching, ensuring minimal disruption to ITOM services.Key Skills:
