SecOps Developer (ServiceNow - SIR & VR)

The Brixton Group is seeking a SecOps Developer with expertise in ServiceNow SIR and VR modules. The role involves designing, configuring, and developing solutions while leading technical implementation efforts and ensuring alignment with security operations workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop solutions within ServiceNow SIR and VR modules
• Lead technical implementation efforts while providing oversight and review of others’ work
• Perform hands-on development while guiding best practices and design standards
• Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and platform stakeholders
• Ensure configurations align with security operations workflows and platform standards
• Support troubleshooting, optimization, and go-live readiness activities

Skills

• 3-4+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including SecOps modules
• Strong hands-on expertise with SIR and VR configuration and customization
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and CAD strongly preferred
• Prior experience reviewing or mentoring other developers is a plus
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and scripting best practices
• SecOps certification is a nice-to-have but not required
