[Remote] ServiceNow BSA – Commercial Servicing Onboarding

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Heitmeyer Consulting is working with a regional banking client to expand ServiceNow’s capabilities for Treasury Management commercial onboarding services. This BSA role will focus on automation, workflow design, and integrations within ServiceNow to ensure smooth process execution.

Responsibilities

• Work with product management to define requirements on what needs to be built and why
• Map workflows by outlining Commercial Service Onboarding (i.g. set up wires, ACH, positive pay, and other commercial services) and automation processes in ServiceNow
• Build simple analysis models and task flow diagrams
• Capture fields, states, SLAs, and dependencies in CSM/FSO tables for consistent implementation
• Identify downstream systems and specify REST endpoints for automation
• Write requirements and convert them into Jira epics and features
• Partner with developers to create ATF test cases as part of “Definition of Done.”

Skills

• Strong experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and writing user stories
• Understanding of automating workflows and integrations within ServiceNow
• Experience with Jira
• Treasury Management Knowledge and understanding of commercial Service Onboarding (i.e. set up wires, ACH, positive pay, and other commercial services) and related downstream processes
• Bottomline API experience – Knowledge of Bottomline integrations is a significant plus
