Job Description:
- Required Skills Experience
- Strong experience 4 years in ServiceNow platform development and administration
- Handson experience in any one or more of the following modules
- HAM Hardware Asset Management
- SAM Software Asset Management
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting JavaScript Jelly RESTSOAP integrations workflows and UI policies
- Knowledge of ITSM ITOM and IT asset management concepts
- Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrade and patching processes
- Ability to work in AgileScrum teams
- Strong problemsolving analytical and communication skills
